In some cases, the driver's name may not be available in advance. When this happens, you may instead receive information such as:
If the driver's name is not provided, you can still contact the driver directly using the phone number supplied in your booking details.
If you need to update the passenger's contact number or ensure the driver has the correct details:
If needed, you can also request a confirmation email once the update is completed.
Driver or fleet information, along with the contact number, can be viewed on your Ride Confirmation Page. If the driver's name is unavailable, the system will display the available contact details instead.
