How to Find Your Driver's Name and Contact Details

This article explains how to check your driver's name and verify or update their contact information.

Finding Your Driver's Name

In some cases, the driver's name may not be available in advance. When this happens, you may instead receive information such as:

  • The fleet or company name assigned to your transfer
  • The driver's contact phone number

If the driver's name is not provided, you can still contact the driver directly using the phone number supplied in your booking details.

Confirming or Updating Driver Contact Information

If you need to update the passenger's contact number or ensure the driver has the correct details:


  1. Contact support and provide the updated phone number. Be sure to include the full international format starting with +.
  2. Support will update the booking and add a note for the driver.
  3. You can verify the updated details on your Ride Confirmation Page. A link will be provided in your booking confirmation.


If needed, you can also request a confirmation email once the update is completed.


Where to View Your Driver Details

Driver or fleet information, along with the contact number, can be viewed on your Ride Confirmation Page. If the driver's name is unavailable, the system will display the available contact details instead.
