What alternative pickup locations are possible with shared services?
When booking a shared shuttle service, an alternative pickup location may be assigned instead of the exact address you entered. This is normal for shared services because routes are planned according to efficiency and the locations served by the provider.
If an alternative pickup point is required for your departure, it will be communicated to you in your booking documents or by the support team. The assigned location must be used, as shared services cannot be customised to individual pickup requests.
Alternative drop-off/pick-up locations are usually given when these large busses are unable to travel up a steep hill / steep downhill / narrow road / oneway entrance to the accommodation where busses are not allowed to travel on / no permission from the hotel or accommodation to park their vehicle outside or in their parking area.
